With over 10 years of leadership experience, Jill Esplin has a passion for leadership and energy that is infectious. She has the ability to relate authentically and personally to diverse types of people - both students and adults - and delivers dynamic programs that are infused with enthusiasm, interactive activities, and inspirational stories. Before Jill became a speaker, she was working in Hollywood as a publicist and left the entertainment industry to pursue her lifelong dream of working with youth. Today she is a professional speaker and works with young people across the nation and internationally.
Recently, Jill released a new resource for teachers called Back Pocket Leadership to help facilitate leadership activities. Jill's first book, Dream Leader, features inspirational stories of 22 teens and adults who do more than just dream. She also created an interactive game based on the book that helps teach self-leadership and encourages teens to start thinking and talking about making their own dreams a reality. Jill's Dream Leader game was released nationwide in January, 2008 by Herff Jones, Inc. Jill currently lives in Orange County, California. She enjoys speaking locally and inspiring teens in her own community, as well as across America and internationally.
